Rename files with different suffix

It would be convenient if, when I use Sonarr to rename/organize the file names for a TV series it would look for any files with the same name but different suffix and rename them too (keeping the suffix). So if I have a MKV, SUB, and SRR files in the folder all with same name, and I have Sonarr setup to have the episodes named differently, if those MKVs would get rename it would also rename the SUBs and SRRs and what ever else keeping them properly linked with the MKVs.
