I have clicked “Search All Missing” and now I want to remove a entire serie from the download queu but I only can remove them one by one. Additionally I can’t display all in queue and have to go through 15 pages 
It’d be quicker to do it on your download client, the queue in Sonarr isn’t meant to be a replacement for the download clients queue management.
I’m not sure this feature would get a ton of use, but we’ll give it some thought.

But if I remove the downloads in the download client doesent sonarr try to find new downloadable files and/or blacklists the removed ones?
Only if you tell it to: https://github.com/Sonarr/Sonarr/wiki/FAQ#how-does-sonarr-find-episodes (unmonitor them if you don’t want them ever). Sonarr will only blacklist if they fail, removing them isn’t the same as it failing.
