Any way I could sort out this problem, eg not to check the lenght of video as I set it to max 6GB.

That’s 6GB for a 60 minute series, that show is a 45 minute series and would be 4.5GB at it’s max (it’s based on the runtime of the series). Likely some rounding taking place which is why both are 4.5GB.
So the only option I have is to raise overall limit ?
If the releases you want are consistently over 4.5GB and the limit is 4.5 for a 45 minute series (6GB for 60 minute) then yes. Otherwise leave it and grab it via manual search,
