Regression: Failing to rescan the "Specials" folder on "update series and scan disk"

Hi,

i just updated to sonarr 2.0.0.3004 from 2.0.0.2594 and now the manual disk scan is ignoring the “Specials” folder for my series.

I was able to verify it by running “strace” on sonarr while the scan was running and it executed “stat” on all the files in all seasons except on the ones inside my “Specials” folder.

I just downgraded to 2.0.0.2594 and the Specials folder gets scanned as expected

I’m not seeing this behavior in the lastest develop release, adding a file to Specials (with S00Exx) in the name picks it up and removing it and rescanning removes it from Sonarr.
