RefreshSeries is very slow

Description of issue:

Hi,
Ever since the last autoupdate on May 11, 2016, whenever I start Sonarr, the [RefreshSeries] is extremely slow in scanning for the hard disk directories for episode updates in the directories. Does anyone know why that is? It used to be done in like a minute or 2. Now it takes over 15min.

We don’t think it’s related to the update.
Skyhook is having some technical difficulties. It’s being looked at.
