Recent form authentication issues

Description of issue: I have Sonarr set up to access via an nginx reverse proxy. Has been working flawlessly for some time now. Just noticed that when I try to login (using forms authentication) it just reloads the login page. I’ve tried this on multiple browsers and platforms. Strangely, it continues to work only on my Windows 10 laptop but not my other Windows laptop, Android or iOS devices.

Radarr is also suddenly doing the same thing.

If I disable authentication, everything is good but obviously this is not great in terms of security.

Any ideas?

Reset the password, sounds like it was changed, an autofilled form entry and then saving generally the causes this, which takes effect the next time Sonarr restarts.
