Question: What are the parsing rules to have Sonarr correctly identify epsiodes?

This is more a question than an actual issue. What are the parsing rules for Sonarr to have it correctly identify an episode if season/episode is missing but show name and exact show title are present?

I’m currently adding all of the 26 Doctor Who (1963) seasons and these don’t come with a seasons/episode numbering as with current series, but with a story number and exact episode title.

e.g.
Doctor Who - 063 - The Mutants 1.avi
Doctor Who - 063 - The Mutants 2.avi

Sonar does pick up the show name with this format but fails to identify the episode even though it names the episode title part the exact same after the manual assigning and import and subsequent automatic inserting of the SxxExx bit via the configured rename pattern.

I’ve tried trimming the story number out of the filenames (AntRenamer) but then it doesn’t even identify the show name anymore.

Standard series require the season + episode numbers.
Anime will user either absolute episode number (as long as that’s available from thetvdb) or season + episode numbers.
Daily will use date or season + episode numbers.
