Quality Cutoff Met, But It Shouldn't Be

I’m seeing Sonarr say my Quality Cutoff is met, when it shouldn’t be.

Here’s my current quality, listed as SDTV

Here’s the match I would expect to be grabbed, for replacement.

But this flag is stopping it.

The last two show my Quality settings and the show’s runtime. Just to rule out that it was the wrong error message. My max for a 42 minute episode is 621MB.

What does Activity->Queue say? coz that’s the actual error, sonarr believes there already is a download in progress for that quality.

And what does the History tab say in the Episode details? (second & third screenshots)

Now if I could just get season 1 to stop looking at “100 Things to Do Before High School”…
