I have reloaded Windows on my computer and re-installed NZBdrone. Then i copied the content of the previous NZBdrone installation folder to the new one.
All the wanted shows and their progress is back up and well after a full library rescan. However, i’ve noticed that quality for all shows is now “HDTV 720p” eventhough a lot of them were WEB-DL1080p before. How does NZBdrone evaluate the quality? is there something I could do the restore the proper quality?
It uses the file name to determine quality, if available, it then uses the extension, which for mkv the default is HDTV 720p. The only way to change the quality is to do it one by one by going into the episode details and clicking on the quality.
Its highly recommended to add the quality to your files when they are renamed to avoid this scenario, the other option would have been to backup your database and restore it after formatting.
