So Animations, such as The Simpsons, or Kids shows or Anime, can get away with much lower bit-rates than live action. As such the file sizes are lower. As such I find a lot of downloads for animations are rejected because the file size is too low, when in fact it would be fine for this particular show.
Could there be a way to say, this show is an animation, therefore accept a 10% (or whatever) reduction in file size?
