Qnap TS431: Sonarr doesn't start

Qmono Ver. 4.6.2.7
QTS 4.2.2

Hi there,

today I installed Sonarr on my Qnap TS431, but it will not start. When I click on Qsonarr a new tab opens and it says, it can not reach the server. I also installed NZBGet and it works totally fine.

Can anyone help me to get it to run?

Have you checked the ((log files)) to see if Sonarr is starting?

can you tell me where the appdirectory on my qnap is? I can’t find it.

Did you follow the link to the wiki page (and the link on the wiki page)? The path listed on the App Directory wiki page is the only one I’m aware of.
