QNap: Sonarr had stopped, I restarted and now everything is gone

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.4.1132
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):5.18.0.240
OS: QNap QTS 4.5.1.1495
Debug logs: https://pastebin.com/xVvEnHw9
Description of issue:

I noticed Sonarr wasn’t running responding, logged into NAS and stopped/restarted. It came right up but then…everything is gone. There are backup files present in ./logs/ including from yesterday but going to Backup in the UI it says there are no backups present. There are no series, Indexers, download clients, everything is gone. Looking at the logs it’s almost like it did an upgrade from an earlier version and wiped everything.

Can someone help me figure out what happened and how to restore it?

ETA: I downloaded the last backup that was present, from day before yesterday, and did a “Restore Backup” - it uploaded, gave me an X next to “Restore”, and then stopped - no Restart, no Reload.

based on those logs, your data is stored at /SONARR3_CONFIG

3.0.4.1132 is also out of date

Team Sonarr has nothing to do with the Qnap maintained, it sounds like they don’t have it setup correct and/or changed configurations or something You’d likely have better luck reaching out to them.

Yet another reason to use docker and not the crappy NAS apps that are not well maintained and always have issues.

You can manually restore, https://wiki.servarr.com/Sonarr_FAQ#how_do_i_backup_restore_my_Sonarr
