Pushover priority settings

Hi,

Can you add two missing priorities supported by pushover API? I mean -2 priority which is sending notifications without creating notification bar on the device and +2 which require user acknowledge before dismissal. As the +2 one is unlikely to be used by anyone, the -2 might be useful to keep track on what’s going on without pushing notifications on the screen.
