Problem when grabbing a full season

Hi, on Sonarr actually I’ve a problem with Santa Clarita Diet

I’ve only one episode S02e01 downloaded.

If I tell to sonarr to search for it I found strange logs, for example

Seems found and correctly recognized but Sonarr think that I’ve all season on disk and not, am I right?

Sonarr won’t grab aseason pack if one or more episodes already exists and the season pack is not a viable upgrade because the cutoff has already been metfor that one file or the quality is the same.

Ouch, not possible to put in download only the missing files or upgrade the lower quality?
I don’t know way but already happen 2 or 3 times, one file downloaded and so no full season grabbed

So 2 questions:

  1. If no full season are found, sonarr try to find each episode, right?
  2. Is possible (if have sense) automatically force a season download if one or more file are missing or in lower quality?

J

  1. Sonarr processes the results the indexers return if those include individual episodes they will be processed as well. It does not fallback to an explicit search for each episode

  2. Manual search is the only way to force something once the results have been processed, but that isn’t available for season searches. You could manually add the torrent/NZB to your client in the correct category and Sonarr will process it, remove the existing file or change the quality so the cutoff isn’t met.
