Problem getting anime release to show up and import automatically

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5252
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 5.18.0.225
OS: Linux Mint
Debug logs:
Description of issue:

I Search Indexer for “Dragon Ball 052”
Results include:
[PENDEKAR] DRAGON BALL - 052 [DRAGON BOX] [DUAL AUDIO]

Open Sonarr Series “Dragon Ball” S3E24 (Absolute 52)
Manual Search reveals 14 results (all rejected)
but the Title above does not show up!

If I download the nzb from the Indexer and in Sonarr Wanted > Manual Import I see:

[Pendekar] Dragon Ball - 052 [Dragon Box] [Dual Audio]/[Pendekar] Dragon Ball - 052 [Dragon Box] [Dual Audio].mkv
Dragon Ball 3 24 SDTV 899.1 MB

If I check check the box and Import, sucess.

** It appears Sonarr can Import this release with no problem, including mapping the Season/Episode from the Absolute Episode. Why is it not even showing up in Manual Search or importing Automatically?? **

Here are all the relevant settings (I hope. Let me know if you need more). Thanks.

Yeah… so… which indexer?!?

Sonarr sends the search query to the indexer, so if that doesn’t return any results for that query it’s really a problem for the indexer, not Sonarr.

Indexer is Dognzb

I’ll investigate it more from that point.

Ok I was wrong, duh. The releases with [Pendekar] leading the show title do show up in a Sonarr search for the show title “Dragon Ball”, but not until the 3rd page, specifically listing #305 - 316, (125 days ago). If I include the absolute episode number, so “Dragon Ball 050”, it will come up to page 1 (100/pg). I think I remember hearing that Sonarr only queries the last 100 releases (?).

What would be the query Sonarr would use for the series like Dragon Ball absolute episode 50? Most of the releases for this show use the absolute episode number, I don’t know if that could cause problems if Sonarr is querying for S/E. What is the limit to the number of releases returned when you query?
