Permissions are being set to "NOBODY" in Linux

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.4.986
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 6.12.0.90
OS: LUBUNTU 20.04
Debug logs:
Description of issue: Does not always set permissions when moving/creating folders.
Permissions will be set to “nobody”
This is an issue with Sonarr Lidarr and Radarr
