Permission issue

Sonarr on manjaro linux, the completed download handling only works when the torrent only downloads a video and doesn’t create a folder. If the torrent downloads and upon completion there is a folder containing the video, sonarr doesn’t rename or move it.

We need the information that was requested when you opened this thread, all of it. Also which download client you’re using.

However if I run sudo chown -R sonarr:sonarr /home/aj/Torrents/ afterwards it works, but I have to run it each time I download something.

Sonarr version 2.0.0.4146-1
Mono version 4.4.0.40-2
OS: Manjaro xfce 16.06
Debug logs: Couldn’t import episode /home/aj/Torrents/Tosh.0.S08E12.720p.HDTV.x264-[eSc]/Tosh.0.S08E12.720p.HDTV.x264-[eSc].mp4: Access to the path is denied.
Download Client: Qbittorrent

I switched to deluge and now it works.
