[Permanent] Unknown Series on anything i try to sync

Sonarr version (exact version): 2.0.0.5163
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows): 5.8.0.108
OS: seedbox
Debug logs: https://pastebin.com/dFUzrbPE
(Make sure debug logging is enabled in settings and post the full log to hastebin/pastebin/dropbox/google drive or something similar, do not post them directly here. Post in .txt not .doc, .rtf or some other formatted document)
Description of issue:

Im pretty new to sonarr, never tried it before so i red a lot of tutorials on how to install and configure it on a seedbox. After configuring and testing everything im at point where i dont know what to do anymore.

Everything i add to my series list is not downloading automatically. Instead in the debug log it shows [Permanent] Unknown Series even on series added with the exact same title.

Im using a private tracker as an indexer with RSS sync enabled. After manual sync i can see it finding the series i added, but it still shows the “unknown series” error and is not downloading them.

What am i missing?

The series im testing right now is Lucifer (line 228 in pastebin)

Have you added Lucifer to Sonarr as a series already?

It looks like the issue is the naming of the releases from your indexer, since it’s adding in Lucyfer / at the start, that’ll cause Sonarr to think the series name in the release is Lucyfer / Lucifer instead of just Lucifier like it should be.

18-5-1 19:38:14.0|Debug|DownloadDecisionMaker|Processing release 'Lucyfer / Lucifer S03E22 INTERNAL 1080p WEB H264-DEFLATE' from 'Seriale'

Yes i added it and several others yesterday but none worked. It’s also red on calendar.
Is there anything i can do to fix it? I would love to get it working.

Edit: You were right, i added an english only tracker with Jackett and its working now. Any chance i can use mine too?

Only if the release names can be cleaned up before Sonarr sees them, I believe Jackett has some functionality for that.

Ok thank you for the answers, but what if my indexer is not avalaible on Jackett list?

As-is it’s not usable in Sonarr, the release names should be cleaned up before they reach Sonarr, either directly on the indexer or via some sort of proxy.
