Don’t know if this is me or a bug but can some help.
When you look at the main view at your shows and you look at overview list, any shows that are too new and don’t have a image / poster yet use the generic poster of the black with the tv set. When you then view in poster-view the same shows that don’t have a poster yet ( as i have shows that are not aired yet ) are left with a image marker saying it cant find a image , so i get that broken image icon.
dont know if its a bug or something on my end. Keep up the good work.

This part loses me, what exactly are you doing/seeing? Could you provide a screenshot?
How do i add a screenshot to this comment ?
Whats happening is when i view shows in overview list, shows that currently have not aired and don’t have a poster are shown with a grey poster with a tv set in the middle which would be your placeholder image for such shows. When i view the same shows in poster view i don’t get the placeholder image i get a broken image icon.
The top one is the poster view and as you can see the show has a broken image link , however when vexing the same show in overview it uses your holder image.
hope this helps
sorry - Viewing not Vexing.
Okay, thanks for clearing that up.
The issue is Chrome, its actually a bug: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5566
We intentionally don’t use the place holder image and instead want to show the alt text of the image in that scenario, chome “sometimes” (read always), doesn’t use the alt text and instead shows nothing, it should look like this: https://db.tt/d7uP1kao
i see what you mean, i tested it on Firefox and i got the text name.
I also tested on safari and got the same as chrome with a broken image icon.
Just my two cents, the placeholder image looks good and clean and keeps to the style of the program.
Except that you have no clue what the series is until you hover over it, which is bad. The all text was supposed to be a quick fix, that doesn’t work right (was testing on FF), I already added an item to Trellis to fix it.
