I’m running the latest version (from 4/21) on OS X and I’ve noticed that the search routines keep getting stuck, and I have to kill the mono process and restart it to get everything working again. The little status box that shows up in the lower-right when it’s doing things will show the status of whatever was running last, like processing reports 4/5, and it will stay there forever until I restart everything.
How can I help you guys debug this? Are there any logs or anything I can send you that might help? Overall I think this is much better than Sickbeard and I don’t want to go back.
How many parallel searches are being run? Its like the UI messaging that is hanging (the search still continues), you can verify that with Trace logging enabled.
Looking for any signalR related logs when it stops updating (Trace logging should help track that down).
Actually I can tell the entire search hangs, because it stops scanning the drone directory and it won’t add any new shows to Sab. If I leave it for a few days then restart it, it catches up and adds a half-dozen shows all at once.

Is the UI still functional?
Trace logs when it crashes will still be useful.
I’m not really sure, it usually just happens when it’s doing its normal search routines, or if I’m searching for an episode manually sometimes it will do it. I’d say 1 or sometimes 2 searches at once usually?
The UI is still entirely functional, but if I try to search for other episodes or trigger any sort of scan it doesn’t work.
How do I get a trace log?
Okay, turned on trace logs. Next time it happens I’ll upload the end of the log file to check out.
Mono version is 3.2.4
