It would be nice to have an option to disable using the show fanart for episodes that don’t have a thumbnail to download.
XBMC generates thumbs automatically if no local one is found and sometimes it’s easier to find a specific episode in XBMC when looking at the thumb.
This is especially true of Tosh.0… I sometimes want to go back to show a friend a hilarious clip and know the episode only by the thumb displayed 
Which show fanart? I don’t understand where the issue lies? Is a filler thumb being downloaded?
Yes. I was under the impression Sonarr was the culprit but i just realized you download from Trakt.tv and not from TheTVDB like SickBeard did…
If there is no specific episode thumb, Trakt uses the show’s backdrop as a replacement… See episodes 5,6,8,10+ of Breaking Magic Season 2 for a good example.
I guess one way to go around this would be to compare fanart.jpg with the episode thumb and if they have the same hash, don’t download it…
I’m not sure that the files are exactly the same, they have different file names, which might make them different resolutions.

Both contain -940. I think it would be easiest to have them filtered out when updating the data, we’ll get this into a future release.
