I have an issue where Once Upon a Time never seems to download of it’s own accord. It is of course set to fetch and appears in calendar, but Drone never downloads the episode. If I do a manual search there are two releases which both match my quality profile ie they DO NOT have the Quality rejected by series profile red exclamation mark against them. I’m using Oznzb and Usenet-Crawler as my index providers. If I manually download from either the files are fine and get processed like normal. This has happened for at least the last 3 episodes and I left one of them for a full week to see if it would grab by itself.
I can’t seem to see any mention of the episode in the logs anywhere either, and this is the only show it happens for. It’s easy to initiate a manual download, I just want to try and work out why it’s happening. My mate who sits in the next cubicle beside me has pretty much the EXACT same setup as me but his does download automatically. The only thing slightly different to his setup from mine is that he runs his SABNZB on his QNAP (linux) where mine runs on the same windows box as Drone which I can’t see making any difference. I download about 35 regular shows a week and this is the only one that just sits there as missing.
Are there any rejection reasons for those two episodes when you do a manual search?
Typically the cause is the episode/series is not monitored, but then they wouldn’t show up on the calendar.
To determine why they aren’t grabbed you’ll need to provide debug logs during a time when an acceptable release is still on the recent RSS feed from the indexer (not a search), this will show why it was rejected and not grabbed automatically.
I haven’t manually added the episode, it’s still showing as missing. I only performed a search so I could screenshot it for you, I didn’t proceed with downloading it. and this was definitely after the log file I sent you.
Blacklist is clear and empty
Episode obviously does not already exist in Season 03 folder.
Does it for me as well , episode is not being blacklisted , I see it in the logs but its not giving me anything.

after that there is no mention of it at all in the logs so not really sure what to make of it.
I did a manual search and it found it so sent it to sab and it downloaded ok.
Its treating the special it grabbed from a month ago as the full season and thinks its already been grabbed. Easiest fix is to remove it from drone and re-add it.
