Could it cause problems for Drone to delete media files (watched episodes, etc.) through Windows OS? Will Drone know its been deleted, for monitoring (or not-monitoring) purposes? Better to delete though Drone?
Either is fine. drone will rescan the series folder every 12 hours when it updates data from trakt.
