Obsfucated zip files - where in my chain is this breakign?

Hey guys, I don’t know if this is a Sonarr problem right yet, but thought maybe someone here would be int he know.

Lately a lot of my TV shows have been hanging up in the Sonarr Activity window with an error saying it couldn’t find any files to process. When looking on disk I see the downloaded and unpacked directory in NZBGet is just a zip file with a long hash name.

Now it is most likely that both my version of Sonarr and my version of NZBGet are outdated, because generally if things are working fine I don’t update them.

What I am trying to figure out here is where in the chain of events are things breaking down here? I’m seeing more and more of these files which makes me think its something new in how releases are being done. Is this a problem with my Sonarr setup? Or with NZBGet?

Any insight would be welcome.

Sonarr doesn’t extract files, it’s on your download client to do this.
