I use nzbToNzbDrone for my post processing as I use btsync to move files from a seedbox to my main machine with Sonarr on it.
I opened up an issue with the developer and figured I’d ask here too:
He was mentioning that the request to clean up comes to Sonarr to clean it up once done, yet I’m not seeing it get cleaned up and it leaves files around which seems to muck up processing after that.
As the example, it leaves the sample file for the show:

and the rest of the files (.nfo and .sfv) stuff as well and the directory.
This seems to be the only kink in my automation. Are there more logs that I need to provide or anything else that would help to figure out why the clean up is not working as expected?
