NzbDrone unable to add item to SABnzbd Queue

So I just got set up with NzbDrone and SABnzbd yesterday, and everything was working swimmingly. NzbDrone identified my existing library and went about updating all my missing shows.

This morning when I tried to add a few more shows to my queue I got an error message from NzbDrone. Here are the logs:

OWIN - {“RefId”:“c0ab2576”,“Ver”:“1.0.0.0”,“Errors”:null}

Couldn’t add report to download queue. The.Mentalist.S06E13.720p.WEB-DL.DD5.1.H.264-ECI: Error response received from SABnzbd:

Drone can’t communicate with Sab, I believe the response from Sabuis logged when trace logging is enabled and will show in the log files.

You can enable trace logging on Settings -> General

It looks like maybe I’ve run out of downloads from my indexer, could this generate such an error? Along those lines, any recommendations for a good indexer?

Possibly. Though if this the case drone should handle it better (I’ll do some testing).

Oznzb.com is good and open. You’re going to have to pay for a premium index, regardless of the one you choose.

Thanks for the recommendation. I just wanted to report that after adding an additional indexer with more capacity the integration appears to be working properly again. A little better error handling in that regard would definitely improve the user experience. Thanks for all your hard work on this project, and the super quick support, I’m loving NzbDrone so far!
