I am currently running sickbeard and I am interested in starting to use NZBDrone due to its failed download handling
My Questions are
Will NZBDrone work if my media files are not stored on the same machine as its installed? as I store all my media on a NAS box
E.g \\
asserver\Tv Shows\
What versions of NZBGet does the software work with?
I am currently on NZBGet 12.0

What versions of NZBGet does the software work with?
I am currently on NZBGet 12.0
12+ works for sure, 11 might work as well.
Ok i have got NZB Drone working with NZBGet, though i am having issues adding new media i get the error
"Task Error: Could not find a part of the path" in the event log it seems to pick up my exiting media correctly any ideas
i have he permissions on my NAS set to anonymous access.
Sounds like drone is unable to see the path properly, have you looked at the FAQ? https://github.com/NzbDrone/NzbDrone/wiki/FAQ#why-cant-nzbdrone-see-my-files-on-a-remote-server
