NZBDrone opening new tabs like every 10-15 seconds?

I start Drone. It loads fine. Then it opens a new tab. then another. then another. do i have a setting messed up somewhere?
Using Google Chrome and the latest version of Drone.

What version are you running? Previously NzbDrone would open a tab on update (if open on start was on), but that was resolved some time ago. Other than on start NzbDrone never opens up a new window/tab. Please enable trace logging and provide the log to @kayone or I to diagnose.

i updated to the most recent version last night. (227). it has stopped doing it.
