NZBDrone not moving downloaded episodes

Hi guys!
I’m a long time user of Sickbeard, and decided to switch to NZBDrone.

For now, everything is fine, except the process of moving the donwloaded content to the new folder.

I’m using NZB Drone on Windows (Windows Home Server 2011 - 64 bits)
My configuration for downloads and folders is the following.

D:\Downloads\TV Shows (This is the folder that NZBDrone watches for new downloads, and is the folder that Sabnzbd puts my finished tv shows download)

E:\ServerFolders\Videos\TV Shows (This is the folder with ALL my TV Shows, and where NZBDrone has to put the donwloaded episodes)

My problem is, NZBDrone gets the NZBs and send then to Sabnzbd correctly, but after the download is complete NZBDrone doesn’t move it to the TVShows folder.

I have some complete downloads “waiting” to be moved by NZBDrone.

My question is

1- My “Rename Episodes” option is disabled. This have to be enabled so NZBDrone can move the downloaded episodes?

2- If the “Rename Episodes” is enabled, and is necessary to move downloads, How can I keep the original filename? For me it’s important because of the Subtitles Add-On from XBMC.

EDIT : I’ve checked the logs, and find several entries like this :

What version of NzbDrone are you running? I think I know the issue.

Also no. You don’t need to use rename in Sab.

Also, you don’t need to enable rename episodes in drone, leaving it off as you have it, will allow episodes to be sorted, but they will keep the original name.

I have the same problem. It downloads and just sits in the download folder.
The nzbdrone log says: Unknown Series

I have it with Kitchen Nightmares. Interestingly Season 4 worked. But not Season 5.

Import issues such as these are covered in the FAQ: https://github.com/NzbDrone/NzbDrone/wiki/FAQ#why-cant-nzbdrone-import-episode-files-for-series-x--why-cant-nzbdrone-find-releases-for-series-x

The name of the series isn’t a direct match the for tvdb name for the same series, its rather common, but easily resolved through our API.

Hi Guys!

Magically everything is working now.
I will test again with Adventure Time, but I’ve checked and the shows are all moved.

My version is : 2.0.0.516

@weaponx - Kitchen Nightmares should be fixed now, drone will update its mappings every 3 hours.
