This used to happen on older versions if detect deleted downloads wasn’t checked, but the option was removed and that behaviour was default. Now, when i delete the episode from destination folder, the episode gets downloaded again.
Are you referring to “Ignore Deleted Episodes”? Its still an option, just an advanced option now, if its set to no (as it is on mine) then deleting an episode will treat it as missing.
