I download a series called humans, that worked flawlessly. Then I downloaded IT crowd, only season 4 was detected on my new server. It was a single file. I see the file gets downloaded by sabnzb then gets put in the sabnzb complete directory.
However sonarr never processes this file and declared the download failed.
Sonarr rejected the file because it seems compound mkv’s are not supported
While my nzb search said this is season 4 all episodes, it is not, it is actually the two specials called last byte
So questions, will sonarr ever support compound mkvs and what do I do with this file, manually import it, backlist it, something else?
Just got two other episodes by doing search, one nzb and one torrent, both completed, neither download processed by sonar, this time no rejection message… color me confused… I will try again with more recent season to prove basics are working.
Multiple episodes in a single file are allowed, but all files in the same season in a single file is highly unlikely and rejected as an error. You can use manual import to import it.
