Number of Seeders/Peers preferred over files in same size limit

There needs to be a setting that you can set the minimum amount of seeders/peers before Sonarr downloads a file.

This “Minimum seeders/peers” setting should only come in to play when the Quality and size limits are the same.

For example, lets say that your preferred quality is SDTV and your size limits for that quality is 100MB to 500MB.
Now, there are two files:

1. S01E01 - SDTV - 100MB - 1/1 seeders
2. S01E01 - SDTV - 356MB - 46/5 seeders

At this moment, Sonarr will pick the first from the list because it is smaller size than the other one. BUT, my size limit says anything between 100MB and 500MB! SO I DON’T CARE IF THE FILE IS 125MB OR 499MB!

Anyways, I really think that the number of seeders/peers should come into play if both files are within the same size boundaries.
