Notification of Additions/Deletions/Changes to episodes

I currently am doing this with a script I run daily, but would love to see it built in.

I would love to get a notification when an episode is added/deleted or has changes like
title/episode number/date. (some of these are easier to code than others)

I’ve discovered that many of my old shows are suddenly inaccurate because someone decided to update the order of a cartoon from 1985.

I didn’t know about the series delete, I missed that update. But an expansion of those options.
