I have SabNZB all set-up and tested and I seem to be finding episodes in my indexer but nothing is getting download. Here’s a screenshot of what the log looks like. Any help? I am so close. Thanks!
Things are getting downloaded, just not imported.
Its either permissions or Sonarr can’t reach the path that SAB is reporting.
Are SAB and Sonarr on the same system?
I am seeing a similar thing and it started happened relatively recently. (I think about 2 weeks ago). I have the download folder on a remote server, but I have mounted the drive and it was working for quite a while, then these errors started popping up. It’s possible that the connection is unstable and it’s getting disconnected, but I’m not sure how to validate that. I can copy files from the server just using explorer and it works fine.
I have added a screenshot of my mappings, because they were the first thing I assigned blame to.
How is T:\
Mounted?
How is Soanrr running? If its a Windows service, take a look at: https://github.com/Sonarr/Sonarr/wiki/FAQ#why-cant-sonarr-see-my-files-on-a-remote-server
Thanks, that seemed to help. I’m still having partial problems, but I’ll see if I can figure it out.
Yes, everything is on the same device, a QNAP NAS. I have checked for the existence of the files noted below and they do not exist. Here is the complete log file entry. Thanks.

If they don’t exist then it can’t import them. If you meant to say they do exist then its likely a permissions issue.
I’m having a similar issue… however the files do not exist… why is it trying to import files that do not exist?

Because Sonarr hasn’t imported a file from that path and your download client is reporting it as downloaded, remove it from your download client or change the label/category and Sonarr will not try to process it.
I am having a similar issue, although my error looks slightly different.
My file does exist.

I think it has something to do with the fact that the file name is missing from the end of the error.
"/NZB_Downloads/Completed/TvShows/[HorribleSubs] Kyoukai no Rinne - 01 [720p]/******" I believe that the file name should be where I place the ******. The error looks like it’s looking for no file.
I am running FreeNAS and Sonarr as a jailed plugin. I mount my paths from the it and share the same path with sabNZB.
It’s either permissions or pathing related, but in either case Sonarr isn’t able to access the folder.
Or like in my case: my downloader was on an external server which downloaded to a folder /disk2/complete/. Sonarr however runs on a different device and the same folder is mounted as /mnt/server/complete.
If you add this mapping to Remote Path Mappings in the Download Client settings, it will import nicely.
Thanks you so much! This absolutely fixed it for me. I run freenas and I sometimes forget that a jail should be treated as a separate machine.
I realize this is a bit of a thread resurrection, but could you specify what you put in the Remote Path mappings and how you set up your storage in your jails? I’m having the same problem and I’m not having luck with what I’ve already tried in Remote Path mappings.
