Not importing file from Synology

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.3.653
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Windows 10

Description of issue:
Since yesterday Sonarr sent torrents to Deluge which then saved them on a local disk and all was well.
Now I have configured Deluge to saved them on my Synology NAS via a shared folder mapped as Z:

Sonarr finds the show, sends it to deluge which downloads and moves it to the correct folder where its then picked up by Plex.

The issue is that Sonarr does not import the file, so the episode remains as missing.

well now I did. the thing was that I have already modified the service to run under the windows user who has access to the share, but that did not seem to work. what I ended up doing was creating a symbolic link in c to the share so sonarr, radarr and all other apps see the path as local folder and don’t care.
