Not Grabbing New Releases for Some Shows but No Red Exclamation in Manual Search

On some shows sonarr isn’t grabbing new releases. When I do a manual search there is at least one release listed that qualifies (doesn’t have a red exclamation). It will download if I click the manual download. What can I do?

Make sure the series and episode are both wanted, make sure RSS is enabled for at least one indexer. Check debug logs to see why a release was rejected.

RSS is indeed enabled with a 15 minute interval, the series and episode are both monitored and I’ve looked through the debug logs but don’t really know what to look for. I’ve seen the rsssync service run and say “0 episodes processed”. I also see in the logs were it says:

Can you please kind of point me to what I should be looking for exactly in the logs?

You’d need debug logs (Log files, not the table), showing an RSS sync with an expected item in the feed (if its been more than a few hours the logs won’t have those items).

First thing to check is that the series and episode are monitored.

There will be a bit more info if the series is known (in Sonarr), but the idea is the same. You need to find the release you expected to be grabbed and check the rejection reason.
