Not finding existing episodes already in sorted foloder for just 1 show

I have recently migrated from SickBeard, and it went mostly okay. I had to fiddle with a few folders and episode names for Sonarr to find everything, and I am 95% there. I have one show that Sonarr can’t seem to read the files off the disk. The show is “Louie (2010)”

I’ve tried many combinations of filename formats without any luck. I’ve tried renaming the folder with and without the “(2010)”. Nothing works. Sonarr can access the directory because it populated the banner art and nfo file. Permissions are identical to all other shows that import, sonarr is run as user “share”

The problem from the logs seems to be that Sonarr thinks this directory is empty. SickBeard downloaded these episodes just fine and Plex plays them. Help?

Sonarr isn’t seeing any folders in in the /mnt/giant/videos/tv/ root folder, this is typically a permissions issue. Are the other series under that same path (/mnt/giant/videos/tv/)?

All of the other TV series are in the same root folder, and Sonarr can read/write. Permissions at that level should be fine.

Whats the path set to for that series? Looking at the code its actually reporting the Root Folder, not the series folder in that log message, so it looks like the series folder for that series is wrong.

Currently it’s set to “Louie (2010)”

I’m pretty sure the path is set correctly because the metadata is being populated and identified on every re-scan.

I’ve tried it both as “Louie” and “Louie (2010)” and neither works. I first rename the directory on my filesyste, then re-select the directory inside the Louie series Sonarr config. Then I hit update series… nothing works.

Whats the full path thats set?
Do you get the same warning when its set to Louie?
Which version of Sonarr?

Could you try removing the trailing slash, saving the folder and trying again? Looks like that might be causing issues in a quick test I just did.
