Not downloading because of Unknown Series?

On the latest version of Sonarr on Windows and using Jackett for indexing. I am having weird situations where nothing downloads for a series and when i look inside Jackett I see it, and when I do a manual search inside of Sonarr I find it but it is flagged as Unknown series or Unknown not wanted in profile. The names of the files are pretty clear to me. You will see below the results from within Jackett:

And manually searching with Sonarr it comes up kind of and even knows the 2018-04-06 version not the 2018-04-05 version is the right one for the series as it shows a download icon but the other one doesn’t so why doesn’t it select it? Do I have to enable some kind of “Unknown” is accepted setting?

Looks like the release name has an : at the end, which is unexpected.

Add the Unknown quality to the profile.

Thanks. Wouldn’t think a colon is that unusual but perhaps it fails some naming conventions. I did add unknown quality and am now getting better or more results downloading so thanks for the info.

Going back to the colon, if t he entry has the name, it has the date, it has the season and episode number, how is a colon muddying up the waters?

Post the trace logs from a search for that episode and it’ll give more information.
