Not Cleaning Up SABNZBD downloads

I noticed that sometimes Sonarr is not able to clean up after moving a file. The file gets moved and named correctly, but it leaves a complete folder of stuff in the SABNZBD completed folder. The Sonarr logs show that it “thinks” there is more than one video file (MKV) because on one of them it says “non-sample file detected”. What is weird is it shows that it processed a filename.MKV and a filename(1).MKV, thus the problem. In looking at the NZB file, it only includes one MKV file. and likewise the folder, at least after the move, only contains one MKV file. here is a directory listing of the folder.

My question is, is this a SABNZBD problem or a Sonarr problem?

Here is part of the logs where the file was processed:
SonarrLog

Duplicated files in the completed folder is a SAB issue.
