Not Able to import Files from Utorrent download

Sonarr version (exact version): 3.0.6.1342
Mono version (if Sonarr is not running on Windows):
OS: Windows 10
Debug logs: https://file.io/8sP7k3FxUXtK
Description of issue:

I know there have been a lot of threads on this issue but i am still not able to solve this. My problem is “Downloaded - Waiting to Import”. This started to happen as soon as upgraded the new version of yesterday. The old version was V2 of Sonarr. Right now all the TV shows have to be manually moved to the folder and renamed there. My activity log has a list with yellow download arrow and hovering over it No files found are eligible for import in C:\Users\. Please help as i have been beating my head over this issue for the last 3 hours.

I have uploaded the log file here: https://file.io/8sP7k3FxUXtK
When i go to System I see a message from DownloadedServiceImportService as Import failed, path does not exist or is not accessible by Sonarr: C:\Users\(removed)\Downloads\Arcane.S01E01.WEBRip.x264-ION10. Ensure the path exists and the user running Sonarr has the correct permissions to access this file/folder . Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Also let me know if there is any additional information you may need from me.

I have installed it as a system tray application. Let me restart my computer and i will post picture of the icon automatically being loaded

I have reinstalled it but i dont see the sonarr icon. I reinstall sonarr as a service. The first option during the installation process but i am still getting the same error.

I think you need to re-read the installation instructions as it is 100% clear you did not.

Thanks you were right. It worked ! Please advise how can i close this issue?
