I realize this has been discussed, but the aforementioned fixes have not worked for me. I have my profiles set accordingly, but Sonarr only seems to be grabbing Torrents. I have the delay for Torrents set for 180 minutes and 0 for usenet. However, all my series have been queued via Torrent (Deluge). I went and searched manually on my usenet system for the series in my Sonarr system and they are readily available. Why isn’t Sonarr grabbing those first? I don’t have insane quality settings, either. Help?
It depends.
- Delay only applies for RSS.
- Is Usenet or Torrents set to preferred?
- Is the quality for the NZBs the same or better?
Quality outranks the protocol, a manual search will show the results in the order that Sonarr will process them though.
Hi Markus. Thanks for the reply.
Settings> Profiles>Delay Profiles: Usenet is set to preferred
I’ve poked around everywhere and can’t seem to find how to adjust quality based on type of download. I’ve attached my quality settings…
Thanks for your help!
Dean
You can’t adjust it based on the protocol, if a torrent release is available in the best wanted quality, but a nzb is only in the next best then Sonarr will grab a torrent.
Does a manual search rank the torrent higher?
That appears to be the problem. Dang.
