Description of issue: Hello all, I have seen numerous posts with this issue but I couldn’t find one that specifically addressed what I am seeing. For one particular torrent (Hunters), I am seeing the error No files found are eligible for import in /data/completed/Hunters.2020.S01E01.PROPER.1080p.WEB.H264-GHOSTS
. Every other torrent I am downloading does import. I wonder why this one specifically is not? Nothing is changed permission wise or folder wise or docker wise. I have automated downloads for several torrents; it’s only this one that is not. I wonder if anyone has any insight into why? Debug log is attached.
Is there a video file in the folder?
I don’t see that message in the logs, but it smells like a permissions issue.
In that particular folder there is a .rar
, .sfv
and a bunch of .r00
-.r44
files. In a couple of other folders which have successfully imported, there is a single .mkv
file.
Sonarr doesn’t unrar, that’s up to your download client.
If you do this, unrar to a location outside the download directory so sonarr doesn’t see the partial file and tries to import it before it’s complete.
