No changes to series are sticking, says path is invalid but still downloads properly manually

Description of issue:
Hello!

When I go to look at the series Wayward Pines, I just get the rolling elipses where the episodes should be.

I also get rolling elipses in Disk Space (under System-> Status).

Finally, none of my changes stick on any series, be in Monitoring status or download profiles.

Looks like there is a problem with either the path for Wayward Pines (as set in Sonarr) or one of the episode files. Probably the easiest thing to do would be remove it and re-add it.

You also need to upgrade mono to 3.10 or higher anything lower is not supported and will cause issues.

OK, I ran sudo apt-get upgrade and nothing much happened, then I ran sudo apt-get dist-upgrade and not I’m on Mono version 4.2.3 (Stable 4.2.3.4/832de4b Wed Mar 16 13:19:08 UTC 2016)?

Is that ok? I keep seeing references to Mono builds 3.10 and 3.6 etc.

Is there a most recommened version of Mono?

4.4 is the latest, 4.2.3 might have some issues (seen mixed things on it), you should be able to get 4.4.from Xamarin’s apt repo.
