New user having issues getting radarr to import from SABNZBD

Description of issue:

Having a issue getting sonarr to import from sabnzbd I keep getting

"Couldn’t import episode C:\Users\ladmin\Downloads\complete\tv\Top Gear Uk\Season 22\Top Gear Uk - S22E06 - 1080p INTERNAL HDTV x264-FaiLED.mkv: The parameter is incorrect.

I have both installed on the same computer running Windows 10. It is a brand new install it works for some files but most seem to be having this issue.

So I removed SABNZBD and install NZBGet and it still seems to be having the same issues.
