New Shows Not Moving

I just downloaded two new shows and they are still in the completed folder and have not been moves to the TV series folder and had new folders ie the show name created for them. I haven’t had this problem before so just wondering if anything has changed or im missing something? Is there a way to manually scan the complete folder so they move and have new show name folders created? If I put a show in there that is part of a series that already exists it moves it to the folder. I think I am missing something with getting drone to create a new folder based on the TV Show. I have read https://github.com/NzbDrone/NzbDrone/wiki/Sorting-and-Renaming and my settings seem to be correct.

@powerpenguin enable debug or trace logging and check your log files: https://github.com/NzbDrone/NzbDrone/wiki/Log-Files

I looked in the logs and there is no mention of it at all, nothing since the 14th March for other shows or under files which is for another show also.

Files in other series are being imported?

If thats the case, please see: https://github.com/NzbDrone/NzbDrone/wiki/FAQ#why-cant-nzbdrone-import-episode-files-for-series-x--why-cant-nzbdrone-find-releases-for-series-x

Otherwise I will need to see trace logs to investigate further.

For example Supernatural already has a folder in TV shows so it moves episodes from there into that folder. Resurrection doesn’t have a folder in TV shows and it isn’t making one in there when an episode has downloaded. Hope that makes more sense.

Sounds like permissions… not allowed to create folders. Enable trace logging and send me them.

Is that just the nzbdrone.txt i need to send you?

Yes, you can put the contents on pastebin or xbmclogs

Just pmd them to you

Those aren’t trace logs, but its full of errors, something is wrong with those .mp4 files. Look at my link about for enabling trace logs.

Yeah not to sure what the deal with those is but thats the least of my concerns at the moment

I enabled trace logs so I just send them through again now the same .txt file?

Yup, same one.
