New episodes marked as unmonitored

Hello there!

I’m new with Sonarr, so please bear with me if I’m being silly, but I’m having a fundamental problem right after installing it on my Qnap NAS.

Even though all my series are set to “monitored” and I’ve even used the Season Pass, new episodes are not downloaded automatically. I looked into it and I found that even though they do appear in my history they’re marked as “unmonitored”.

Even my calendar remains empty if I switch it to “monitored only”.

Am I missing something?

When you added the series you probably didn’t set the monitor option to future or all. Resulting in all future episode already entered on the tvdb being added as unmonitored.

This could be the case, since I was struggling a bit to understand how it works. But from thence on, I did switch everything to “monitor”…

Then you should be fine. Every new episode on tvdb is set to monitor automatically.

Btw, is there a way to (mass) delete them series or am I missing something?

-ah no, I guess there’s not, so I’ll delete the thing and start from absolute scratch… that’s a job for after work then :slight_smile: I’ll report!

I can confirm that it now works. I think what went wrong was that, when you change the flag on one of the series when you’re mass importing, every series’ status changes too. So if the last action I did was to ignore a series and then confirmed them all, I lost them all. Still, strange that it wouldn’t change the status when I used the Series Pass.

Oh well, I’m happy now :slight_smile:
