having a thing where sometimes shows are not retried after they fail it notes it as a failed download but then it just sits there and hours pass and nothing happens and even on the torrents branch it doesn’t then attempt to grab the episode i know is on a torrent site so in the end because i just want to watch the show i have to manually search for the episode
i have it set to the defaults so it should retry once then blacklist the episode i then assume on a next rss sync it should note this and try and grab else where it does not seem to do this

as you can see it has been unable to get that episode so it has marked it as failed for missing repair blocks but only done this once

I found these sections and cut them from the log
the last piece of the log section mentioned it has hit the retry limit which i would expect as it is by default set to 1 retry however after this it does not then try to grab it again from another source like another indexer or even better a torrent should i be changing this so it gives more retries or are the default settings correct and it should after reaching the retry limit look at other sources for the episode not really sure if that retry count is a global retry or just a retry for the initial indexer it grabbed the failed one from originally
FYI i also have 1 hours delays in the quality profiles as well because i noticed episodes being downloaded in Web-DL then soon after downloaded again in 720p which is my actual quality preference
