Narcos [Netflix] causes UNIQUE constraint: Series.TitleSlug

Dear Sonarr,

I tried adding ‘Narcos’ a Netflix series, to my Series - which resulted in a constraint failure.

I tried; but there’s nothing in the log.

but after 5 min or so it showed up under my Series :slight_smile:

Only thing I can think of is it was added twice which got you the error on the 2nd attempt, there are a few checks to prevent it, but if you tried really hard it could be done.
