I recently had to replace my main hard drive and reload everything. Since then my downloads are not happening automatically. If I do a search, I can choose manual or automatic and it works but will not unless I click it. I have the latest version, RSS sync at 15 correct, I use NZB.su and kickass and never had this issue on the old hard drive. I have read all the posts relating to this issue and triple checked my settings but still have to click the search myself to make anything happen and it does start to download immediately. I would like to to be automatic again. Hopefully someone can help
I am running Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit, main drive is 240GB SSD, storage of all downloads on a couple of 2 TB drives, 8gb ram. The only difference from the old drive to this one is I did upgrade it to Windows 10 prior to the hard drive failing, but started using Sonaarr when running Windows 7
Thank you in advance if anyone has anything new to try, it has become quite frustrating when you go work out of town and come back and have to manually download everything
The information requested when opening the thread is important, some of the information is included, but we need it all.
Are the series and episodes monitored? If either aren’t the episode won’t be grabbed automatically, but a search will grab them.
Do they show up on the calendar? (same as above they will show up when monitored, or in grey if unmonitored episodes are shown on the calendar).
Is RSS enabled on your indexers?
We’ll definitely need ((debug logs)).
Sorry, yes, the series are all on the calendar and are all monitored. As i get them downloaded I toggle the monitor off. The downloads turn from blue to red and then I do a search manually. I can click automatic as well and it will find and download. They just are not doing it on their own
RSS is enabled on the indexers
Not sure where to find the logs, I checked here - C:\ProgramData\NzbDrone\logs folder is empty but I may have cleared them
Thats the location, but you can also access them in the UI.
I just noticed this one: ImportApprovedEpisodes Couldn’t import episode E:\Torrents\Sonarr\Dcs Legends of Tomorrow\Season 1\Dcs Legends of Tomorrow - 1x12 - 1080p HDTV x264-DIMENSION.mkv: Root folder ‘D:\Torrents\Downloads’ was not found. Yesterday
Not sure where the D:\torrents downloads folder is suppose to be or where it is listed but I think that may be the issue
Found where that folder is labelled, when I redid my PC, the hard drives ended up with different drive letters. redoing the path on Sonarr and will see if it auto downloads tomorrow.
So i had to push the download again, it would not do it on its own

We need the log files, not a copy paste from the log table. Specifically we need the log files that cover the RSS Sync with a release that you expected to be grabbed.
And can someone tell me where I find these log files, thanks
Click on the “Files” tab on the logs page or the location is listed here ((log files)) (which you’ve already seen).
I see where the files are, how do i upload them if not copy and paste?

You should copy the whole log over to PasteBin and link it here.
Thanks for that but the above I pasted is the whole log, I had previously cleared all logs
It might be good to add a couple of shows to your wanted list and search the whole thing. I’m not an expert by any means, but judging from your log it looks like it sent a GoT episode to SABnzbd for download.
I forced it to by clicking on the search and choosing automatic search. It will work that way and manual, it just will not do it on it’s own. I have 2 - 3 shows a day and i did that one last night but left the other one to see if it would download on it’ sown and it is still red
So i checked under wanted and noticed my episode that was in red had an ! next to it, saying episode missing from disk. I chose search all missing and now it found it. But again, I had to manually click it.
Not sure what is going on as it usually auto finds them and they are downloaded by the next morning…
You need to enable ((debug logging)) to show more details. In the ~35 minutes of info logs you posted I don’t see the RSS Sync run once, by default it runs every 15 minutes.
What is the RSS sync interval set to on Indexer settings? Better yet please post a screenshot of all settings on the indexer settings page.
here is the debug log
