Is it possible to have sonarr instances running side by side on linux + mono each using their own config files?
I could not see how to make sonarr load or use a config in a custom location.
You’d need to run them under separate users so one user can’t see the process of another as single instance is enforced.
Why do you want to run multiple instances?
What I need to be able to do is have a tv show downloaded in two different formats into two different locations. This is essentially two different usage profiles for the entire application not just the tv shows. I want to do this without using a third party party app to enable it.
I could not see a way to have multi user support with independent profiles or usage profiles for the entire app so having two instances of Sonarr under the same user account makes sense.
If you use docker you shouldn’t have problems in launching multiple instances of sonarr.
